Award- winning professional with a proven ability to direct all internal operations within a restaurant setting, including cuisine development and standardization, staff acquisition and improvement, profit and loss (P&L) calculations, and cost-saving augmentations.

Collaborative problem-solver with a sound history of coordinating with teammates, senior leadership, and third-party vendors to assess areas of  inefficiency in instituting comprehensive process improvements that optimize business practices.
